- Replace phone-and-spreadsheet scheduling with assignable trips
- Produce daily service reports without manual collation

- Trip status changes many times a day and must stay current for every dispatcher
- Scheduling rules differ by vehicle type and service area
Solution
A role-based web application with a trip board, driver availability calendar and rule-based assignment suggestions. A REST API feeds a companion driver app, and reports are generated from the same data, so there is one source of truth.
